Before you read this review, bear in mind that I'm an admittedly picky eater. That said, when it comes to burgers, it's hard to really disappoint me, but Five Guys does just that. Five Guys is quite possibly the okayest burger experience one could have. The burgers taste like you'd expect a solid home cooked burger to. They don't really do seasoning, which is fine if you're a fan of just salt pepper, but if you prefer a little more flavor, you'll be disappointed. The staff at this restaurant provided me with excellent customer service, the best I have experienced in a while. The manager, Arandus, is a top-notch professional. As soon as I walked in, an employee greeted me and held the door open for me. The restaurant was spotless and all the staff appeared to be hard at work. My order was accurate, fresh, and delivered quickly. It was clear that all the employees enjoyed their jobs and were dedicated to providing great service. I've been trying people for a long time. when we had a reason to go after little rock and asked where we go to eat, I said guys. I'm glad I did this because it was excellent. eating, service, clean dining room, everything. a bit expensive for a burger? but they get so much more than any other Burger offers. you don't let a starving.

we have eaten at different youngs and (this time) the NLR site had the fastest burger every sit-down. so many of us had to take the extras home.
Need someone better with fries. First time way too salty and not done. Also hotdog had to be put on a hamburger bun. Miss my Connecticut store.
the tables were dirty. the cost for a drink burger and fried was far too high for quality. davids burger is much better.
