The service at this restaurant is frustratingly slow, and the staff seems disinterested in their customers. They take an excessive amount of time with orders, regardless of how long the lines are. Additionally, the cleanliness of the tables and counters leaves much to be desired, as everything appears grimy and in need of attention. If it were possible, I would rate this establishment with less than one star.
However, I did notice some cleanliness issues, as there were peanut shells scattered on the floor and ice around the soda machine. While these minor problems didn't detract from my overall positive experience, addressing them could further improve customer satisfaction and help maintain the high standards that Five Guys is known for.
Food was good but please clean your restaurant! Other reviews clearly say the same thing. Regardless of whether or not it is just peanut shells, go around sweeping every hour or so. It’s not that hard.

Employees seem miserable every time a customer walks in. The bread was so old and the fries were barely cooked.
