I have always been a big fan of Five Guys burgers and fries. I just had the worst experience at this location. I placed an order for curbside pick up. I arrived on time and called them upon arrival. They told me it will take few more minutes. I waited for 22 minutes!! Then I called their phone number again and no one picked up the phone. So I had to go inside and pick the order myself. The order was ready and just setting there on the shelf, I don’t know for how long it’s been ready! The meat was overcooked and the fries were cold. Very disappointed! Never going back again.
This is my first and last experience. Went today with my daughter for lunch. We ordered our food and drinks. The cashier was very friendly and the cook. Sit outside to eat, not 10 mins into eating I feel nauseous. I wrapped it up, we walked back thru restaurant. We go to bathroom and I start to . All day I’ve been sick. I don’t know if meat wasn’t cooked all the way. The fries were so greasy. We didn’t finish a $6.xx (large) . Also tables aren’t being sanitizer. I wiped ours w hand sanitizer.
The service was excellent as always. The burgers here keep up the excellent 5 Guys standard and are always fresh and tasty! If you come here for Fritten, remember, 1 regular Frey goes a long way! They are always generous with them, and they are the best! COVID security precautions are present and they clean after customers leave a table. Excellent.
I come to this outstanding place many times as I like the special air that is outline this restaurant. The team is extraordianrillyremarkably cordial and well trained. The service is awfully quick. Not to mention, the food they prepare is perfect. I frequent often and I was always joyful. The rate is decent. I recommend this place to to everybody. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
The establishment was clean and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Five Guys definitely ranks #1, #2, and #3 for the best french fries at a fast food restaurant. A large order is enough for 3-4 people to share. Let's not forget the free salty peanuts! Those remind me of a restaurant I used to visit as a child in Hyde Park.

This spot clearly knows how to serve their clients. Consistently with a friendly approach. The food is reasonably priced, regularly fresh and neat.
