We visited the restaurant at lunchtime. It was our first visit at a Five Guys restaurant, so we didn't know the ordering concept. The staff at the order desk however was totally uninterested and unfriendly. A very bad first impression.Moreover, the restaurant was not clean. I don't expect a lot for fast food restaurants, but this was just not enough.Also, it seems that at Five Guys, you can only fill your soda drink one time (no refill allowed). They should make this clear before you order, because we (and a lot of other customers) were unaware of it. My soda was half filled with ice (because the ice machine is not very accurate), but I thought "never mind, I'll take a refill" --> not possib...
Not our first visit to a Five Guys restaurant, but certainly not as we expected. 5 burgers, fries and sodas - €73, which equates to around £73 at the moment. Drinks machines only had a few options so the machines were not being refilled. Burgers were as you expect and far too many fries as usual. Cleanliness was below par and the restaurant was not that busy, so no excuse. Also caught out by the no refills policy after we threw a drink away as we tried to find a machine with a selection of drinks, other than Coke or Gateraid. Staff were less than friendly, especially when you consider this is DLP territory, and I expect the landlord.
The burgers, the chips, and the milk shakes were all delicious and so much tastier than the like offered elsewhere at Disneyland and cheaper too! If you fancy a burger this is the only place to be. Ingredients all seemed to be high quality & service good. Note there is a large basket of peanuts in shells as you queue. Great for those with no allergies to help themselves but not so much for those with allergies. The restaurant always seemed to be busy but quite easy to takeaway rather than eat in. I'll definitely visit again and try out the London ones too!
Excellent burgers and hotdogs. Quality is not the cause for the average rating, the cost is. This fiveguys is highly overpriced. While you can get some hotdog as from 6euro that excludes the fries(which are excellent btw) and a drink (which offers only 1 serving due to a rfid chip at the bottom of the cup, so no free refills and if you accidentally fill it up with too much ice or too less drink you are out of luck and one may hope the staff understands your trouble).

We went here for tea one night and were pleasantly surprised. At €60 for 5 junior cheeseburgers, drinks and 1 large fries (which feed 5 btw) I thought it was pretty good value.Burgers were fresh as were all the condiments, could not fault the place, except for the fact that the drinks are non refillable, there is a small barcode/chip on the underside of the cups which stop you using the fountains more than once!!
Having been to five guys in Bluewater this was a nice surprise for dinner a lot cheaper than planet Hollywood and tastier.Four hotdogs large fries (more than enough fries) two drinks to share less than €35 yes it's not a refill but as now aware we can choose to order more if required.We will return that's for sure.
A cheaper option than other burger restaurants close by. The restaurant is hidden out the way at the back of Disney Village behind the cinema. You have to go out of the park through one of the security stations to access it. Staff were amazing-...More
Great burgers, customised to your liking with multiple ingredients, plenty of chips and a cup with a chip that stops refills :). Just outside the parks. Family of five we 74 euro. A nice satisfying meal. Friendly service .

We spend our mornings in the park till 4 then we take a break for a quick lunch. 5 guys was always out option. Quick and tasty.. a better fast food burger .. one step under gourmet burger.
Best food I've eaten in a fast food restaurant. You can't tell it's fresh food and the service also beats competition!
