Usually good and quick. Recently though, I placed an order online and apparently got caught in the lunch rush. What normally takes 10 minutes took 50 minutes. They weren't even taking orders at the counter for a bit because of the massive backup ofonline orders. The 3 employees were doing their best to keep up with the volume but they clearly need more people working herefor the lunch hour. And they need to pay the employees more.
The quality at this location varies. On my last visit, I got the bacon cheeseburger, which was pretty bland and underseasoned. It also appears that staff turnover is quite high. I would rather go to Freddy’s. If you're in search of an exceptional burger, I suggest trying Cherry Cricket, which is just a short drive away. For vegetarian options, I would recommend sticking to beef!
I just spent over $30 on a large fries, a soda, a double bacon cheeseburger, and a small cheeseburger. However, when I got home, I discovered that I had received only a small amount of fries and no double cheeseburger, plus the toppings were all mixed up. I've never been more disappointed with such a simple order. I won't be returning to this location.
This Five Guys in Denver is a solid choice. Love their burgers – simple, yet super tasty. The staff rocks, even on busy days; they're fast and super helpful. And the prices? Is it possible to make couriers not wait 10-15 minutes for an order of two French fries? The courier is waiting, the client is waiting. Or maybe the courier still has orders. Your employees are stealing the courier's time and money and spoiling his ratings!!! 02.22.24 8:00
The food was excellent, but wow, $40 for two burgers, two small fries, and two regular drinks?! An order of fries costs $5.19?! For just a few extra dollars, I could have gone to The Cherry Cricket instead...
The patties were dry, and the fries were just okay—not as amazing as I expected based on what I've heard. They also set our order out but forgot the milkshakes.
