Terrible Experience Missing Items and Unprofessional Customer Service I've had the unfortunate experience of ordering from Five Guys multiple times, and each time has been a disappointment beyond belief. It seems that they have perfected the art of messing up orders, as missing items have become a recurring theme in my interactions with this restaurant. We ordered a burger and fries for delivery. The burger was decent, but it was missing the BBQ sauce we requested. Unfortunately, the fries were inedible. We got a small Cajun fry, and they were excessively seasoned. It seemed like the lid on the seasoning container must have come off, as there was an overwhelming amount of Cajun seasoning everywhere—inside the bag, the cup, and all over the fries. The fries had large clumps of Cajun seasoning piled on top. With the excessive salt and seasoning, we couldn't enjoy them at all. Disappointing!
Brace yourself for a surprising total when ordering a cheeseburger, small fries, and a regular drink: $18.16. Wow! I couldn't help but chuckle when the tip suggestion appeared on the payment screen. Even considering the current inflation, that's quite pricey. I think I'll be taking a break for a bit. Now, about the food: the cheeseburger was fantastic as usual, and the fries were tasty too, although a bit on the salty side (but still enjoyable).
The burgers are amazing however there was a new manager or supervisor; or whatever, he kept hitting on me which made me uncomfortable and I haven't gone back since. Please bring back the tall lady who was nice, kind and helpful. I have hot dogs. Cheese and bacon. Very nice. Good selection of add-ons like grilled mushrooms. Delicious. Easy to wait, so note is order online and come 10 minutes later, you will be on time. Great with a parking lot like at Mall plaza.
We ordered a cheeseburger (all the way) with regular fries around 6 pm. It was not a long wait. The staff was nice and focused to their work. Recommended the food with its taste and freshness. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Five Guys is consistently one of my favorite spots. I usually order a cheeseburger wrapped in lettuce. I find that it enhances the flavor without the bun. Believe me, I’m not here to preach healthiness!
