This was my and my wife's first visit to Five Guys after 40 years of marriage. Initially, I had my doubts as we approached the restaurant, but once we stepped inside, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality of the staff. They were the friendliest team I've encountered in any fast food place. When our order arrived, I was amazed by how delicious the hot dog was—it was truly the best I've ever had. My wife also enjoyed her hamburger very much. A big thank you to the Five Guys team, and a special shoutout to the manager for your professionalism!
My coworker went to Five Guys for lunch and ordered a plain bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños and BBQ sauce. However, he received a bacon cheeseburger that wasn't plain, topped instead with hot sauce and yellow peppers. This burger was remade twice, but each time, it was incorrectly made in the same way. He returned to work only eating his fries. We encouraged him to go back, especially since he had left a tip. On his fourth try, he finally got the correct order, but it still didn't have any cheese. Shaking my head!
I was scheduled for an interview today, but when I walked in and informed the manager, he thrust a cup at me and said, “I’m too busy right now, get a drink and sit down, I guess wait!” I thought it was a bit rude, but I took it in stride. I waited for over an hour, and not a single person came to check on me! When I finally decided to stand up and speak to someone, the manager glanced at me, rolled his eyes, and returned to his office. I ended up leaving, feeling completely disrespected!
So delicious! But so expensive!!! Almost placed a delivery order and it was going to be $100!!!! Not worth that much bet it really is a good treat. The fries are always made when you get there so they’re super hot and fresh! The Cajun fries are the best! Banana milk shake, yum!

Great burger, bun got a little soggy but otherwise perfect. Fresh fries yummy but I prefer a little more crispy. Great drink selection.
I enjoy 5 guys everywhere, but this place had mainly some of the nicest people working there. They really care about their customers.
Amazingly delicious and comes with so much good stuff. The fries are perfect. $30 for two and we shared fries and a soda. Yikes!
Best burger I have ever had. Love it. Customer service was perfect. Everyone was smiling and nice. Great place to have a date
