The food taste great and is authentic to a great burger joint and the milkshake taste like it came from an authentic ice cream parlor both taste straight out of a movies a real treat for my palette. This place should be hosted on the Food channel. They are a little pricey but the portions are big I cut the bacon cheeseburger with all the fixin's and half and shared it with my son and it was enough homemade fries to share with the family. Wow very delightful place to eat...
That was good. I tried? (too greasy for me, even the bag was greasy. the app is good and easy to use. the order was easy. atmosphere: I was in and out. there were a few patrons in the facility and everyone seems happy/relax from my very small snapshot. you have to go in to pick up your order. parking: parking spaces are available: a few in front of the restaurant. Accessibility: in front of the restaurant there are 2 wheelchair accessible parking spaces.
They have been delivering consistently great food/service for years! Today, I ordered online but, I was running a bit behind. I decided to call ahead so they would have my fries and shake ready and, upon my arrival they knew it was me saying my name and promptly passed me my order. Due to their quick team work, I was able to arrive at work on time. Keep it up Five Guys RichMond Height, MO!
It's ok. It's nice to know where your potatoes are coming from. Better if they were done at same time as your burger though. Might happen if everyone was productive instead of the one poor girl running her tuchas off without any team work. The customer services were great. Friendly and courteous. Great burger and fries. We felt so guilty after consuming a triple pattie burger and a double pattie and what seemed to be endless french fries. This was definitely a decadent indulgence. Enjoyed!
The burger was pretty big for a single. They dumped a load of fries in my bag, hot and fresh! My only issue was my meal was $20.13! It felt like I paid for 5 guys to eat! It was just one burger some fries and a drink! Gee wiz! But the food was good....
Hands down the best chain burger out there. So many ways to customize your burger, many of the toppings being no charge. I'd love to see a little more consistency on how much seasoning the Cajun fries get, but that's a super minor gripe.
There were no customers in line when we arrived. We waited about 8 minutes while our food was freshly prepared. Customer service was acceptable. The food was delicious and expensive! $30+ for 2 burgers and one regular fry! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
