The food was mediocre and, in my opinion, a bit too greasy. The fries were good, but I found them overpriced. The burger didn’t meet my expectations, so I’ve given an overall rating of 3 stars for an average experience.
As for the service, it felt minimal. Just taking your order, preparing your food, and handing it to you at the counter doesn't really qualify as service in my book; I see that as basic self-service. However, I’m giving it 5 stars because the three staff members were incredibly friendly and polite.

I called in an order at 9:53 last night. Some places would not have even answered, but Madison Five Guys picked and made my food right before they closed. And they were very nice when I picked it up at closing. I appreciate their hard work and service. I did leave them a nice tip, but I also wanted to write this review to commend their service. There were 3 people working, but didn't get their names. I hope this review is seen by your senior leadership. Keep up the exceptional work guys!
The burgers here are fantastic! They're a bit greasy, but very flavorful. The fries are great as well, though occasionally they can be a little undercooked. While you can find cheaper burgers elsewhere, the kids really enjoy these and they never disappoint. I just wish there were more side options and variety on the menu. We keep returning, so they must be doing something right!

I placed an order for three menu items on a Sunday night and it was a full hour and thirty minutes until the food was prepared. SLOW SERVICE! If you don't have the patience to wait ninety minutes for fast food skip this location.
Saw an employee treat a kid with downs like a piece of trash. Zero score if poss. Also food is over salted and over priced 2 dogs, sm fries and shake are $28.64 ..bring a friend and you have $60 fast food lunch.

Good fries and well priced for the amount you get. Wish they had veggie options tho- the veggie sandwich was horrible.
