I attended a party at the restaurant on Saturday, and it was a terrible experience! The host had been misled about the air conditioning, and we were all uncomfortable in the heat. The food was mediocre at best, and while the drinks were fine, they were overshadowed by the poor attitude of the staff, particularly a blonde woman with a ponytail who seemed to be the manager. I felt really sorry for the hosts, who were trying their best to make the situation work but were treated poorly. Many guests left early, but I stuck around and witnessed one of the men becoming aggressive towards the host, which is completely unacceptable. I will not be returning to this place! Avoid this place. They charged my card twice for two slightly different amounts and will not get back to my about the double charge. I have spoken to multiple employees and been assured the manager will call me back. It never happens and now they don't pick up the phone and say the manager isn't there. This has apparently happened to at least one other customer and they refuse to address it. Seems like a scam.
This is an absolutely ideal spot for enjoying a drink. The atmosphere is fantastic, with a wonderful vibe that makes it truly enjoyable. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, always striving to make your experience great. The drinks are expertly crafted, and the appetizers are delightful—I highly recommend trying them. It's the perfect setting for a date or simply to unwind with a drink and a snack.
I went with my cousin and had a fantastic time! Natalia was incredibly welcoming, and the food was outstanding. We ordered margaritas, pork belly, and tuna ceviche—each dish was a true delight! I walked in and right away I was taken care of by all of the employees which are very nice and accommodating. By far best place to grab a drink and eat but most importantly being take care of. Highly recommended. If I can give 10 stars I would have. Maria is the best !!!!!!
Love this place! Cool vibe, sleek, upscale and great service. Went in to meet a friend for a quick drink, and ended up staying all night until closing. Bartender was friendly and suggested a few of their specialty cocktails. Definitely going back!
