What a horrible experience! I walked in at 7 o’clock with my son to see if they had clam chowder and the rude man that works was chatting with a coworker. He confronted me in a very stern tone and said loudly “we are closed!“ I responded “I understand, but I just wanted to ask you a question. “But before I could finish my sentence he raised his voice and said “NO!” It was humiliating and I felt that he was being abusive. I thought since the place is so overpriced and in such a nice area, the staff would be polite. I was wrong.
Ordered 2 poke bowls. Rice was dry, fish good. Avocado was not one of the choices to add. Asked for wasabi and ginger (usual accompaniments) and was told they didn't have any. They sell sushi (separately run stall at this fish market). Had to beg man for some ginger and bought a tube of wasabi. If you just want to be a fish market w a sushi component fine then let same person make poke bowls (sushi looked great) Lobster rolls no where in sight yet they advertise it on web site.
Neither Alex nor the manager offered any apology or explanation for the inconsistency and seemed to avoid me while I picked up the order. To make matters worse, both of us felt unwell after eating the lobster. There are much better dining options in the area that treat all customers fairly and don't seem to reserve food for a select few. Overall, I would not recommend this place.
This might be the worst Poke Bowl I've ever had. The rice was incredibly cold and hard, almost like it had icicles in it. The person with the beard who took my order mentioned that it's supposed to be that way. Additionally, the maki rolls were rubbery and chewy, which usually happens when they've been sitting out for too long. I would recommend avoiding this place.

We stop in often and really love having this business close by for high quality fish, oysters, poke bowls and sushi. We always enjoy everything, have great service and appreciate how clean it is. Their dips are also delicious and not to be missed!
I went in for a lobster roll that was advertised as "on special." Even though the place was empty, the staff said they couldn't serve me and that I'd have to come back in an hour and a half. That wasn't a smart move. I won't be returning.
We had a bit of a mix-up with our order tonight due to some technical issues, but the staff quickly resolved it. Overall, we had a fantastic family celebration for a milestone birthday. Thank you, everyone!
The best lobster rolls I've ever had in Westchester! Aidan perfectly toasted the freshly baked bread, and I was really impressed. The flavors were fresh and absolutely delicious!

My family and I visit Fjord’s every week, especially during the holidays, and everything has consistently been absolutely perfect!
Horrible place!! It's looks so nice online. Not like that at all. Won't go there again.
