Three days ago, we ordered the chicken plate with brown rice and a tofu dish with brown rice from this restaurant. The chicken pieces were completely dry and tasted old and frozen, as if they had been sitting in a freezer for months! The brown rice was undercooked and hard. After trying just a few pieces of chicken and some rice, we couldn't continue eating. It’s disheartening when restaurants serve such subpar food, as it disrespects their customers. People spend their hard-earned money expecting quality meals, and if they can’t find it here, they will easily choose from the many other options available.
Three days ago, we ordered the chicken plate with Brown rice and another plate with Tofu and Brown rice from this restaurant. The chicken pieces were totally dry and tasted so old and frozen as if they were left in a freezer for months! TheBrown rice was uncooked and hard. We remorsefully threw out the food after trying 2-3 pieces of chicken and somerice. Restaurants that serve such food insult their customers? intelligence! People pay Money and expect to get Decent food. Ifthey don?t get it at your place, they?ll turn to so many other options out there.
This restaurant is somewhat hidden away in a small strip mall, but it's exceptionally well-managed. They strictly adhere to the current coronavirus safety measures. There's a designated cashier for the tables, while the chef handles everything else. The service is incredibly friendly. I've visited several restaurants where the cashiers end up handling the food without washing their hands first, but that's not the case here.

There are several Flame Broiler locations, and I've found them to be quite consistent. During my visit, the place was relatively quiet and not crowded, yet my food was still freshly cooked and prepared in a short amount of time. Based on my experience, the portion sizes and quality have always been reliable, which is reassuring when you know what to expect.
This is the best Flame Broiler location in the chain. The food is of high quality, and the customer service is impeccable! A special shoutout to Wendy, the Store Manager, who is an exceptional employee. Wendy takes great pride in serving customers and truly makes a difference. Have been to multiple Flamebroilers and this one is pretty consistent. When I can it was pretty quiet and empty, but my food was still cooked fresh and prepared pretty quickly. This is my first visit to any Flame Broiler.its OKAy...They have that typical formula but Its a little pricey..almost $12 bucs for this... It was popular so maybe i did not order correctly...
