The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the ingredients were fresh. I had no trouble finding parking, and the dining area was spacious with well-spaced tables. I ordered the chicken plate topped with white meat, and it was fresh and light—thankfully not overly salty like some other fast-food places can be. The vegetables were perfectly cooked, crisp, and definitely fresh rather than frozen. However, I was disappointed that they don't offer freshly brewed unsweetened iced tea; they only have pre-packaged iced tea, which makes it unlikely that I'd visit frequently. Still, I would consider returning as a repeat customer.
I was very happy with my experience today. The guy who took my order was very friendly, helpful and pleasant. He let me know it would take a little longer because the chicken was freshly grilled. It was nice to get such an attentive and real service for a change. Especially here in So Cal. Where you can get the worst service in full service restaurants. All you need is good food and a great friendly service to succeed. Just like the guys in Flame Kessel Stanton. Thank you. You did my day. #Faith in Humanity
I decided to visit a different location of Flame Broiler, and I had a fantastic experience. I ordered chicken and took advantage of their buy one, get one free offer, which allowed me to bring home an extra bowl. Even though they were about to close, the staff was very accommodating and generously provided me with a large cup of jalapeños.
This was our first time here. Food costs of 5,25 9,75 per person plus taxes. We ordered and settled down, but before we knew the food was ready! The meat was so tasty that I left my bowl alone.
