Unfortunately, this is the third time in a row I ordered here to take out, and it was either not very good in taste/quality or something was wrong with my order. Last night I ordered the Taro bubble tea from their vegan menu and the Panang Tofu-Curry (cudos to them for leaving the tofu unsatisfied as I wished), but the main reason I order here is because of the bubble tea BUT when I started drinking, I realized that it absolutely NO Boba in it, only ice cream. This place should not be on Happy Cow. They are completely hostile to vegans. Though they have a vegan menu almost nothing on it is actually vegan. The tofu is fried in the same oil as chicken, making it not vegan. I mentioned this to the waitress, she dismissed our concern because she used to be a vegan and is now so over that, she had no patience for those of us still consumed by it apparently. So we ordered a fresh spring roll, which was actually good and tasted vegan. Nice Hoisin sauce.. But then we ordered a Tom Yum lemongrass soup. I love that this restaurant has a dedicated vegan menu. As mentioned in a previous review, they are happy to accommodate requests for vegan versions of items on the regular menu. Our go-to orders are the fresh avocado spring rolls and the vegetable Pho, which is satisfying and generously portioned. I have tried other entrees and was pleased that they didn't taste like fish sauce, a common issue at Asian restaurants that has made me avoid them in the past. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is now our favorite spot for takeout.

So nice to have a separate vegan menu. As mentioned in a previous review, they are cool with items on the regular menu vegan as desired. We usually get the fresh avocado spring rolls the vegetable pho. The Pho is a huge filling! Having been thrilled there a few times, they never tasted like fish sauce that has happened to us so often over the years, we had the avoidance of Asian restaurants all together until these! The staff has been helpful to us so far. This is our meeting place.
