An einer Ecke, direkt an der Straße hinunter in die Stadt, Teil des Wellness Hotels – Sitzgelegenheiten auf der Terrasse, aber nicht zu laut (sobald der Touristenbus weiterfuhr). Gemütlich, einladend. Als Leckerbissen des Chefkochs gab es ein Glas Gemüsecremesuppe. Großzügige Pasta-Spezialitäten und lecker , gut gewürztes Lamm – der Koch kennt sich in seiner Küche aus und bereitet sorgfältig zu. Das Dessert mit 3 Süßigkeiten war eine ausgezeichnete leichte Wahl, einschließlich Erdbeer-Smoothie.
the flavour in the hotel restaurant offers high level dining, which are quite moving in the gourmet area. there is a nice selection of dressed and wee. the menus are presented very appealing. the individual menu can be combined almost arbitrarily to a 3- to 5-course menu, at a decent price. the latter also applies generally to this restaurant.The facility is perhaps somewhat old-fashioned, but does not reduce the experience. highly recommended!
During our four day stay in the Hotel Rössli at year end 2015, we enjoyed three evenings of excellent food, wine and service in the Restaurant Flavour. The menu is of a Mediterranean nature and the dishes are pleasing both to the eye and palate.

the dinner we enjoyed in the flavour was excellent. especially well we liked that no 08/15 kitchens are served in the flavour, but you can discover exciting dishes. absolutely recommended, we will definitely go back.
