I was really looking forward to eating here on my trip to Cagnes sur Mer. Unfortunately, the hostess brutally turned me back two different nights with different excuses. I can only guess that's because I'm travelling alone. They must have wanted to keep the table for a couple or a group that would spend more money... would buy a lot of wine and desserts. I can't talk about food, but if you plan to go alone, be warned.
The dishes do not correspond at all with the photos shown on the site and are very small. The wines are expensive (46€ for the cheapest bottle). We were put in a place against a wall with little room while the beautiful tables remained free all night. We paid €175 for two menus with small entrance (green parade with some shrimp) a small dish (3 small pieces of meat) and a normal dessert.
We ate in this restaurant with my boyfriend in September. We took the seasonal menu as well as a white wine (gold chops in Provence, Les Abeillons). Everything was very good, nothing to say. It was probably one of the best restaurants we could make. I advise at all costs!
Very good. We feel it's cooked and with good products. Special mention for beef, a delight. Thanks to the boss. Too bad not to order 2 different menus on the same table but we understand why. See you soon Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

From a distance the best dinner I've ever had in my life my husband and I took the five-course meal and were pleasantly impressed by each dish.
