What a fantastic afternoon! A very welcome refuge from the rain. The setting is perfect, right on the high-street. The decor is quaint and very pretty… highly Instagramable lol! The staff are so lovely here and actually bother to take the time to engage in conversation and make you feel very welcome. The food is tasty and beautifully presented. The menu is nicely varied leaving you spoilt for choice. I’ve been twice. The first time was good. The French onion soup was delicious. The second time, we only went for a coffee but the service was appalling. The waitresses couldn’t even take our order for two drinks correctly, remember to bring us our drinks or coordinate the arrival of the drinks (I’d finished mine before my Mum received hers). This was possibly because the young ladies were more interested in looking at themselves in the mirror and preening their hair. They really couldn’t walk past the mirror without a quick glance at their reflection, then they gathered at the mirror to gossip and look at themselves. God forbid any of their customers should need assistance
Absolutely disgusting. I came here for a spot of late lunch and what happened next was beyonde okay. I ordered my food and everything was excellent. However. There was 3 young girls, couldnt have been more than 17 who were beyonde rude. They stood by the coffee machine and the front desk really un aware of how loud they was talking. Unfortunately with this i overheard their conversations which im sure most other customers did which was disgusting, all they kept speaking about was sex and doing other things with men. This is absolutely disgusting to speak about in a workplace with customers, will NOT be returning.
A lovely venue for a family Christmas get together. The food was delicious, well presented and plentiful. The staff were engaging and so helpful and attentive. Prior to the visit I spoke with Harriet a couple of times for various food requirements, she couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. I would absolutely go back. A superb experience at the Fleur de The. Very accommodating with their set up and service was impeccable. A warm and welcoming experience from the three servers; Harriet, Scarlett and Deborah. We were impressed with the quality and presentation of our food. We would recommend and will be back there next time. Many thanks!
Had a lovely afternoon tea here with a couple of friends on Sunday (12th). The selection of sandwiches and cakes was really good. We were served by George and Eleanor who were outstanding friendly, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. All in all a great venue for afternoon tea!
Needed somewhere to get out of the rain and thankfully they managed to squeeze us in without a booking! staff were so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be there, the French onion soup was to die for, just what I needed on a cold and rainy afternoon, thank you we will be back!
Really enjoyed our lunch here yesterday, was told it would be about 20 minutes for food and in came in 15, everything on the grilled breakfasts were cooked perfectly, the only reason I’ve given 4 stars instead of 5 is that I think they could’ve done with another staff member

Beautiful afternoon tea . We was looked after by George who was very attentive and helpful, he kept us topped up with tea and coffee and made sure we had everything we wanted . Would definitely go again nice atmosphere and staff very friendly
Great food and staff (grilled breakfast great) shame the have stopped free customer WIFI. We travel from Dartford to go there.
