First, you are lead to a casual lounge where you can enjoy an aperitif and small bites from the chef. It is comfortable and...lovely, they also bring you the menu which is featured with the history of the restaurant and chef and they take your order when you are ready. during the covid closures we have 3 different paintings tried to use their online booking service. her website is badly designed and doesn't work. when we called by phone, the woman who answered was incredibly inconsistent. after we have not solved our website problem, at a point. the dame the phone to herrn emmanuel renaut and he was very court and rude to say c 'est comme ça and hanged up. where is the michelin 3-star service? take your business elsewhere.
we started with a drink on the terrace with a beautiful view that is rarely seen, total escapism. the dinner was amazing and each plate was more interesting and beautiful than the next. our four-headed party came happy and wished we would go back the next night. the lady who supervised the dining room, we understood as a woman of herrn renaut, was simply charming and made us feel at home from the beginning. oh, and a weeping list that fits everywhere!
One of the best meals of my 41 years. The service was friendly yet respectful, and every dish honored and elevated the freshest local ingredients. Wine pairings could have been a touch more on point, but everything else was truly magnificent. Can't wait to return.
