They make hand rolled Bagels here and I gotta say that the Taylor Ham Sandwich which I ordered from this place was loaded with alot of meat. The Everything Bagel was a solid but fluffy foundation for this Sandwich which alongside my large Coffee made for a great way to start my day. Or so I thought. My major skeeve out moment came after a return visit the next week which was later in the day so things were significantly clearer to me. I went to purchase a Travolta sandwich at this restaurant. The price on the menu was listed as $7.99, but when the sandwich was made, the person at the counter told me the price had gone up to $10. After leaving, I checked my bank statement and saw that my card had been charged over $11. When I called to inquire about the extra charge, the lady explained that there was an additional fee for making the sandwich. I was disappointed with the unexpected charges and won't be returning to this restaurant. It seems like they charge whatever they want.
I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. I ordered a bagel that was supposedly hot, but it came out cold, even though I asked for it to be toasted. The cream cheese was cold and hard, and wouldn't even melt. When I called to complain, the manager did nothing to fix the situation. They claimed that the hot bagels only come out at 7:30 AM, so unless you show up bright and early, you'll be stuck with a disappointment like I was. It was a waste of money and a terrible way to start my morning.
I’ve stopped in several times on my way to work between 615-630 and they didn’t have bagels made yet. I’m shocked they don’t have bagels at that time, but the best part is the attitude the owner gives you when you ask for a bagel, like how dare you visit a bagel shop and ask for a bagel before 9am. Also the prices don’t match what is on the menu. I get it prices have gone up, but you should change your menu to reflect the price you charge. I’ll drive out of my way to go somewhere else from now on.

I ordered 2 bagels and coffea this morning, waited 15 min to get them ready,to help them realized that theit terminal mulfunction for google pay, lady didnt find any better option then to say sorry. I even try to send zelle to somebody but non of employee has it. Went across the street to McDonalds and got no problem with google pay. Never again.
Bagels are weak. The owner refused to toast them when I asked and charged me twice as much. Their pricing board says $2.25 for bagel and cream cheese; he charged me $4.50. They should update their prices for post-Covid instead of just charging customers whatever extra they feel like, just because we live in a post-Covid world.
I think they changed their bagel recipe from a few years ago. The fresh bagels this past year are big and fluffy on the inside with a nice crispy outside. I ordered delivery a few times for a big crowd and it was served on a nice tray. Best bagels in the area!
Avoid this place as it is closed. The owner is extremely rude and yelled at us when we entered the store, despite the open sign and door being open. A bad attitude translates to bad bagels, and the place smells of asbestos.

Honestly, it's the best bagels I've ever had. Everyone on our team raved as well. I live in California and still dream of them.
Best bagel I’ve ever had hands down. Fresh baked right in the next room. DELICIOUS!
