I visited their shop to purchase a gift basket, and the staff at the counter were incredibly friendly and helpful! I had my toddler with me, and they even gave him a complimentary mini cookie. When they brought out my basket (which was freshly made in the back, not one of the pre-made ones on display), I mentioned that I needed to put my son in the car first and would be right back. The employee kindly offered to take the basket to my car for me! By the way, the recipient of the basket said the baked goods were delicious. However, for me, it's their exceptional customer service that will keep me coming back as a repeat customer.
I had heard about this place and we decided to check it out for a large cookie tray to have after a funeral. Well we weren't disappointed! Great personal service and they even gave us a sample to try. Cookies were amazing and with NO preservatives! Each and every one was enjoyed and all 3 pounds were gone. Will order again for sure. You won't be disappointed.

I have sent gift baskets from Flories before and they have always been a big hit so it was particularly nice to be in the receiving end this time. Cookies were delicious and fresh. So much better than any bakery I've ever been to.
