The Le Floris restaurant offers a fabulous setting with its garden and view of the lake. The veranda is well designed and functional, which undeniably adds to the overall experience. However, I must express my disappointment with the festive atmosphere that the new owners wanted to recreate, in the style of Parisian restaurants. Unfortunately, this is not reflected at all in the atmosphere of the restaurant. One of the major problems that I have noticed is the excessive number of personnel changes, whether at the level of the chef or the waiters. A return for us to this establishment visited a few months ago, the setting remains the same magnificent with the view of the lake and the sunset, but a note of renewal can be felt on the menu and the dishes offered. Originality, regional and seasonal with these delicious tomatoes from Asnières or the famous perch fillet from Leman for example. A word of advice if you are local or passing through, go ahead and let yourself be guided to discover these dishes and finish in style with delicious desserts! Willkommen, Service (Danke Thomas) und vor allem eine tadellose Küche. Alles ist frisch, sei es Gemüse oder Fisch. Ein Genuss jedes Mal, wenn ich mich mit Freunden hier verwöhne. Ganz zu schweigen von dem herrlichen Ausblick, sei es mittags oder abends. Es ist wirklich mein Lieblingsrestaurant. Wenn mich jemand nach einem guten Restaurant fragt... gibt es kein Zögern: Le Floris in Anières. Etwas Schönes noch: kostenfreie Parkplätze. Ein großes Dankeschön an das gesamte Team und besonders an den Chef. Bis bald!

Das Restaurant ist sehr schön gelegen mit Blick auf den See, aber es ist sehr teuer und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Ich hatte Pasta ohne Geschmack, angeblich neue Küche, für 35 CHF. Das ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Es gehört zu den teuersten Restaurants in der Schweiz, ohne dass der Preis gerechtfertigt wäre. Ich werde dort nicht mehr hingehen. Zu vermeiden. An incredible experience, impeccable and extremely professional service, smiling and very pleasant staff! The food is excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves and spent a superb evening with a breathtaking view of Lake Geneva! We will come back to the Floris more than once!
