Cafes in shopping centres as a generalisation are not great. Flow cafe had nice strong coffee and friendly service which is a welcome change. There is a wide variety of breakfast, lunch & sweets to choose from. The bacon & egg roll on a Turkish like sesame bun is delicious, especially the lightly spiced tomato relish. It also came with a hashbrown which was nice. The sourdough toast was misleading as it was not sourdough. Actually it was just airy white Vienna bread and not a sourdough at all which was misleading. The Sonoma fruit & nut sourdough was also misleading as it was definitely not Sonoma bread and neither was it sourdough. So very disappointed on those fronts. Next to a...

Schönes Café hier in der Metro in Marrickville, mit einem Kinderspielplatz nebenan so großartig für Familien. Kam mit meinen jüngeren Geschwistern und das Menü ist mit etwas für alle, sowie ein Kindermenü variiert. Kummer

I was shopping at Marrickville Metro and stopped by the FLOW cafe for a bite to eat. I ordered the salmon and salad with a cappuccino and I enjoyed it. The atmosphere was nice and chilled and the seating was comfortable as well - the overall Place seemed clean and the service of the waitress was nice and friendly.For salmon and salad with cappuccino I paid around $20 which I thought was a fair price - for a comfy place to sit and quick bite to eat overall I was quite happy and I would return back to eat again.

Guter Kaffee hier in den hinteren Vertiefungen des Marrickville Metro-Einkaufszentrums. Neben einem Kinderspielbereich auch, also praktisch, wenn Sie versuchen, eine Pause mit / von Ihrem Kind zu erhalten. Ich habe hier nicht zu Mittag gegessen, aber eine einfache Auswahl an Kuchen machen den Trick.
Finally somewhere to get a decent coffee before the grocery shopping! I've been going here since they opened early this year and it's lovely. Their iced-coffees and cappuccinos are both really decent offerings and they have some great food as well.
