I’ve had a lot of good pasta in my life and UOVO is certainly a pasta to remember. The Arrabbiata is a simple dish that’s basically just noodles and sauce, but the flavor of the sauce and the perfect texture of the noodles is to die for. Everything here is done right. I had a party of 4 walk in 15 minutes before closing and we were seated and were able to order. I have dined here 3 time in the last few months. Every meal has been delicious. There is typically an hour wait as the restaurant is small. Most of the seating is at a bar around where the food is prepared. It is fun to watch them cool but the bar stools are permanently attached to the floor and I find them to be very uncomfortable. I am short and my knees hit the wall under the table. I much prefer waiting a bit longer for one of the tables.

In town for a conference and told by a local friend we needed to visit this place. It did not disappoint! Super cool atmosphere we sat at the bar with the kitchen in the middle. Chatted with the staff. We ordered from the tasting menu. The ravioli was the best we’ve ever had it doesn’t even compare to what you’d usually consider “ravioli” super light. Definitely a highlight meal of the trip. Highly recommend!!

We went to the mid-Wilshire location in LA. It was close to our hotel and did t want anything fancy. We loved our pasta at Uovo. The food was made to order, and the team works really well together. The prices were moderate and the place was bustling. Highly recommend.

There isn't more to say. Epic on every level. If you love pasta, this is your heaven. And the value for the money is amazing. Can. Not. Wait. To. Go. Back!
