I love Flying Pie Pizza!! This is now the only place I will eat pizza. I want to tell you why, when I moved here in 2015 my wife told me about this place and told me to order a pizza (by the way i should have listen to her). I called and placed an to go order her Hawaiian and then for me a meat lovers. My wife told me that I should order only three toppings because any more and it be to much. She is smaller petite lady and i didnt listen I ordered all the meat topping. I like my pizza with a lot of toppings i get tired of ordering meat lovers and there never enough toppings. Well Flying Pie is not one of those places. I went and picked up the pizzas and when I grabbed then and begin to head...
This is my favorite pizza place, never had a bad experience. Even today, ordered a half n half pizza and got half correct and half cheese only (didn’t order that) they offered to get me a small of what I did order to make up for the incorrect half and I got the small pizza plus my whole order redone! I don’t expect that to be the case on every error, but just another example why this place is the best and I’d rather have them on a bad day than any other pizza on their good days!
I absolutely love this place, especially for their dairy-free, gluten-free pizza and much more. We visited again for my wife's birthday because she thinks this is the best pizza in the world, particularly the vegan option with paprika and black olives. The staff is fantastic—very friendly and quick!
Although their hours indicate that they are open, the restaurant is actually closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. Best pizza chain in Portland! They offer excellent crust and sauce options, along with high-quality, casual toppings. The atmosphere is a bit playful, but it’s definitely worth it. We often order more than we can eat and take the leftovers home to enjoy later!
I've been eating with flying cake since 95 and I've always loved it. the dinge have changed. pizza quality is not consistent, and the customer service is quite sucked. Hopefully, this is only done by oswegosee.
The boneless chicken wings are a joke. Tiny nuggets and ours came literally charred black. Didn't notice until we got home with our to-go order. Sent a complaint via email but never heard back.
