I wasn't sure what to expect from this place but being an Oceanside local I felt like we needed to try it at some point or another and I'm happy we did. The drinks were a little different for my taste but that doesn't mean they were bad by any means. The food was delicious. Especially the herb mashed potatoes and the mac and cheese. I like the crispiness of the fried chicken but wish it had a little more flavor to the batter. We Had No Reservations on a Saturday evening and were able to get seated right away which was nice. I have been looking forward to visiting this restaurant and I'm so happy that I finally had the chance to try their food! We decided to come for brunch on a weekday and were pleasantly surprised to find no wait. The service was excellent and we were able to sit on the patio with our four dogs, who were well taken care of with their water bowls being filled every 10 minutes. The dishes were all very flavorful, but the highlight for me was the PORK BELLY CORN CAKE - it was a burst of flavors in my mouth! The PEI mussels were also delicious, especially when paired with a side of bread. The grilled octopus was perfectly cooked, making it a great appetizer to share.
Upon arriving in the area, our first meal exceeded our expectations! I ordered the short rib, and it was both delicious and generously portioned. I was impressed by the size and had to ask if it was a regular portion or due to closing soon. They assured me it was the usual size! My companion had the pork belly, and I had a taste - both entrees were equally delicious. I wish we had time to visit this restaurant again during our trip.

Great food at a very nice location in Oceanside. Had the cauliflower, goat cheese, shrimp and octopus. All small dishes were delicious, highly recommend the goat cheese— it comes with warm bread on the side!
Average food. Average menu. Average vibe. Could be lots better. We came at lunch so maybe the dinner menu is better but the menu was very carb heavy, which is not great if you've got gestational diabetes.
People are nice and plus this is the best place in town for a late dinner, from their pancakes to their pork belly is pure perfection. Waiters are incredibly helpful.
Amazing ranch. I dipped all my sandwiches and fries into it. Actually contemplated returning my beer and just sipping on the ranch. Cool atmosphere

Layer back beach atmosphere. Very friendly staff and customers. Food was very good. Make this a definite stop in Oceanside.
