No es la mejor foto, lo sé, pero para mi es especial. He ido a este pintoresco y rural restaurante desde que soy un crío y aún sigo encontrando cosas nuevas y rincones donde nunca me había fijado. Mis padres establecieron amistad con el dueño del restaurante hace ya unos cuantos años. Yo de aquella era muy pequeño y apenas tengo recuerdos del sitio, aunque los que tengo son buenos, muy buenos. Recuerdo que iba con bicicleta en mano, ya que no podía ir montado en ella a causa de toda la gente que había ese día, cruzando un pequeño puente que sorteaba un riachuelo que dividía la terraza en dos. O Fogar do Santiso está en Trasellas, parroquia de Luou (Teo) a unos 10 km de Santiago. Es un restaurante con zonas para comer dentro o fuera, a mi me gusta más comer fuera si el tiempo lo permite pero dentro también se está muy bien. Es un lugar antiguo (rústico) con mesas y bancos de madera artesanales, tejados viejos de tejas y alguna que otra tela de araña. La atención es muy buena, llegas y te sientas, más o menos donde quieres, y enseguida vienen a tomar nota. Nos han hecho un tour por todas las estancias del restaurante probando toda la gastronomía. A destacar que todos los productos son ecológicos. Los camareros han sido súper majos y nos han tratado genial, en ningún momento nos ha faltado de nada. Al final de la noche, han pronunciado un conjuro antes de servir la queimada.

La tempura de verduras es espectacular. La tortilla una pasada. Lo que no me gusta es el churrasco. Lo demás está todo buenísimo. Como los postres son una delicia.
