Fogo definitely has a new operating procedure in place about the number of times the skewers come along. In past visits, we used to see a specific cut of meat a few times during the service. Last night each cut came out once with a few twice and then altogether stopped even though we were on green. After awhile of staying on green without anybody coming by, the bussers picked up all the plates and the green coasters and apparently we were done. I guess they have to cut costs by increasing pricing and decreasing the amount of food you receive. The market bar was condensed as well with less options than in the past.
Dined in for Bar Fogo tonight, and Alex the bartender provided an exceptional Mango Habanero mocktail, and accommodated to my request of the wagyu ancho. The Bar Fogo experience was wonderful, definitely returning again soon. Another birthday well spent with great service! Peter and Michael were excellent at checking in and rounding on our table. They were very accommodating and quick to help in any way. This was my first visit, and I didn't realize it was an upscale all-you-can-eat buffet. While there was a good variety of meats available, I found them to be lacking in flavor. I don't think I'm in the right demographic for this restaurant. Overall, I would rate the food a 3, the service a 4, and the atmosphere a 3.

Took my daughter for her birthday. She loved it, we had a great waiter. We plan on going back this year this time I'm taking both my daughters.
The service provided by the waitstaff was excellent. The food was, as always, fantastic. A+!
