I had read that the map was small in this restaurant, gage freshness of the products I was looking for. we were very welcome, however from our arrival the server tells us that it lacks the most attractive dessert, the salmon entrance and one of the meat dishes, not replaced! (please specify that the missing entrance and dish were the ones offered in the menu at 35€...). I took the menu at 25€: gaspaccho in full admission fade very disappointed. the dish a daurade with its sun vegetables were good, but eggplant caviar with too much oil and very salty ratatouille. and my mom who had taken the menu at 35€ found herself with the same accompaniment as me, a small risotto in addition (all dishes h...

we have eaten the 3 courses menu saveurs to eur 35. the greeting from the kitchen is a very delicious. the appetizer fried egg with warm spargel and the deenleber (foie gras) was delicious to prepare. not too powerful. the white fish with brokkolikartoffelbrei and Provencial vegetables was also good. to finish a chocolate cake with hot chocolate berries filling and fresh fruits with a ball of ice. a cote de rhone white wine. the local is highly recommended. the only drop is the water is unfortunately in belfort out of the line no pleasure. too much chlorine taste. Therefore, a bottle of water is recommended here.

a fine, light kitchen, a real "flavoured dish": cooked fish with precision, delicate and delicious sauces, desserts without heaviors or excess sugar. and a remarkable value for money: 14 € for dessert dish on the menu during the week.But if the wait is painful (35 minutes before having the first dish), it becomes frankly unbearable when it reproduces for the continuation (almost half an hour before receiving dessert.) it is desolating to see such a culinary talent reduced so little because of a blatant lack of organization!

arrived at 7:55 pm we had to wait 9:20 pm before we could taste the entrance...Certes the entrance and the dish were good (for the dessert we always wait for the server.) but the service really leaves has desired, no gesture was made for the wait and the waiter would need a megaphone to get heard..To sum up, good restaurant on conditions to have a half day for eventually having a full meal. we have enjoyed ourselves with the dishes offered, they are hearty and tasty. The service is efficient and pleasant. We wanted 2 glasses of late harvest, as there was no waiter suggested to taste another similar wine before ordering. Your frame is pretty and intimate. I highly recommend, we will return with pleasure.Special involvement in succulent smoke trout and perfect fish cooking.

we ate last night at the fountain of flavors we were well received average meal level it wasn't worth at all 35th menu that we chose apart from the remaining foie gras was more than simple for a total addition of 94e with a bottle of rosé value price too expensive
