I thought we were for a great eating and a wine experience. In view of the cost of the crying pairing, it was just meh. the beet soup was delicious, cold petersilie trout was bland, scallops tartar was zitrus and ok, geese pane was good, but imperceptible. dessert was a Bland range of chocolate cookies with some other bits of melingue. but the mysterious weintrick was a big zero. they poured a wee with each cure and we could guess what he was. no explanation as it was chosen to couple. one was a natural wee, a Pinot-Gris. okay, but quality. the finale was a zider, yuk, with dessert. Superb discovery. Exceptional meal with an explosion of tastes in each dish on the moon menu. Cozy atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff (from the reception to the room staff, the waiters and the sommelier). What can we say about the chef's dishes, FANTASTIC!!
