This restaurant is so good. All of the food there looks so delicious and I mean DELICIOUS. When I visited the restaurant i ordered what they currently have on special. A short rib cheese burger w/ yummy fries let me tell you that it was so juicy and mouth watering. Me and my wife also tried the mac n cheese and whoa!! It was another HOME RUN in the park! Last but not least my wife had the Pearblossom club and by GAWD it looks and smelled and tasted so good we both wanted more. I highly recommend anyone and every one to try out the FOOD PARLOR. This restaurant is a hidden gem in Pearblossom, CA! Chef Tyler is not only a gentleman but also an incredible chef who prepares an amazing spread tailored to your preferences. The barbecue is outstanding! The ribs are tender, the pulled pork melts in your mouth, and the chicken practically falls off the bone. This place is definitely worth the drive, and everything is made fresh from scratch every day. Chelsea, who works there, is a fantastic addition to the team—quirky, kind, and full of positive energy. If you know, you know! You should definitely check it out!
Apologies for only having an "after" photo, but trust me when I say the food was incredibly appealing. I ordered the Tommy Pastrami once more, and it was simply perfect. I also decided to try something new—the Green Chile Fries—as you can see from my plate, they weren’t to my liking.

Quaint and clean. Fantastic find on our drive back to San Diego. Tender and tasty BBQ, Mac n cheese w bacon and perfect flavor, fries, slaw, plus other sandwiches on the menu.
