Forage - Tisch reservieren

Lovely dinner spot for fresh, local fare prepared with flair. We had a refreshing salad with a miso hazelnut dressing, grilled octopus with chorizo, and the standout of dinner, a gnocchi with corn that was the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. We arrived around opening and it was empty, well-lit and service was friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a stop on our Vancouver visit!

Great concept. Extremely tasty, well balanced dishes and wines. Chef knows their stuff and gets flavour combinations. Wine pairing was spot on. Good, unfussy service knowledgeable about the menu. The (recent) changes to the menu (tortellini) come highly recommended.Vegetarian options: The tortellini with two side dishes of peppers and zucchini were fantastic.

We ate here for breakfast during our time in Vancouver because of the bison hash, which was absolutely delicious. Even though that was our primary reason for going, the other elements of the meal were also very good. The service was also great. It’s in a good location and you can walk there easily from a lot of places in downtown Vancouver so I’d definit

Wow. Simply amazing food. Had the bison steak and the gnocchi and both were better than delicious. The food is sourced locally and the chef really know how to make the ingredients shine. The food came out quick and hot, and overall the service was good. The prices do reflect the high quality, and I highly recommend eating here.

Enormous sizes and so high quality. Pictured are daily baked scones in two sweet and savoury flavours, house made butter, bison hash, and goat cheese mushroom omelette. The red sauce served with the omelette tasted like cumin and ketchup, it was perfect, please add more of it!

What a great restaurant. Locally sourced wine and food. The bison and the octopus was our favorite. Every dish was fantastic. Outdoor dining can be a little bit more comfortable though, place mats would be nice on the iron table. Otherwise a must go place to try BC food.

First time trying Forage and their food service was superb! Came in during late brunch and ordered the bison steak along with the eggs benny. Would highly recommend going here for a nice brunch at their back patio!

Forage is excellent! Great service as usual. Even after all these years this restaurant has stayed consistent. My only small point is the menu could be more expansive with some new options

Very good food and service! It is a very loud restaurant though so make sure you go with people who will not mind the noise.
