Integrity and value for money. Having previously been quoted by another company for a riser/recliner chair that was £5858, I looked around and found Stuarts Mobility. Justina at Stuarts Mobility helped with my telephone queries, and was very knowledgeable about what riser/recliner chair my nan would need. When I asked about certain chair upgrades, Justina was very honest in what she would recommend and what she would consider not necessary. The chair was ordered and delivered within 4 weeks, and at a cost that was around 20% of the price of the chair from the other company. Absolutely spot on. Great service, great selection and great prices. An older relative of mine was complaining about his old chair and how uncomfortable it was now his knees are getting worse...but didn 't seem to like the suggestion of a rise recline (or old person as he put it) chair. Then, in comes Justina Stuart. They took the time to come out and meet with him go through all the different options to make sure that the chair was the right fit, that it was comfortable and (quite possibly most important) that it didn 't look like an old person chair. Also, the price was so good he 's had 2!
stuart visited me at home (observing Coronavirus rules) to start and install a recline chair and demonstrate. the efficient and excellent service of the company throughout, demonstrated the chair thoroughly and made available all excess packaging. my chair is completely comfortable and has already symptome in connection with osteoarthritis and other problems that have given me strength to do other things home easier than before.
