This was my first time ordering from this restaurant. I usually frequent Italian sensations, but this place was closer to my location. The order was on time, but when I got home, they called to say one item was missing. They offered to deliver it, but changed their tune when they realized I lived just 10 minutes away. I had to go back and pick it up myself. Small gestures can make a big difference, and it would have been nice if they had offered something extra for the mistake. Next time, I will make sure to check my order before leaving the restaurant. The food was decent for the price, but I think I'll stick to my usual spot, Italian sensations, even if it means driving a little further.
I ordered takeout from this restaurant and I would definitely do it again! I got a two-topping pizza with ham and pineapple, which had a perfect balance of flavors and cheesiness. The Special Boli had great chunks of veggies and reminded me of a pan-fried veggie pocket. It was well-seasoned and didn't explode or leak, which I really appreciated. My partner ordered the wings and the mild sauce had our mouths singing with flavor. We also enjoyed the ranch dressing that came with it. I called in the order over the phone and the person who answered was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I am looking forward to dining in at this restaurant in the future.
Coming from NJ we are used to a high quality pie. After moving to MD we've tried several places and found Fortunatos to be the best option around. Though a little on the cheesy side for my kids (usually that's not an issue for anyone else's kids) the pizza has a crisp crust, sauce that isn't sugary, and cheese that doesn't resemble plastic. With a 2 pie special for $21.99 how can you go wrong. Another favorite of ours is the cheese steak, fry and drink special. Never had any issues of waiting around longer than time promised (usually done ahead of time) but we order around 4:30/5:00 on both weekdays and weekends which is typically not as busy.
Highly recommended. The pizza is delicious, with a bit of a floppy dough but the flavors more than make up for it. They actually cut the pizza here, which is a nice touch compared to other places that just perforate it for you. It's the little things that make a difference. The service was for delivery, and this was a great option for a dinner meal. The price per person is around $20-30.

Stopped in this evening to get something to eat before a craft night. Had to order online if you were paying with a credit card- fine- they brought the wrong food over twice and the female working had the nerve to get an attitude with us. Rude
Have been getting pizza from them for aprox 20yrs since we have been in HarCo. As of late it seems like the pizza is not cooked enough. Very floppy dough. Three plus years ago it would have been a 5 star i gave.
