Don't let the name throw as I did. This is the place where I eat Chinese food again. You make good food. When we dived earlier, we would usually see Asian families (I suppose they were of course Chinese). Before we do our job to eat Chinese food here, we tried some of the other (not so great) Chinese places and nobody even came close. I was born NYC. China city is my standard for American Chinese food. What is lacking in authenticity makes it at least in freshness. Why waste time and calories eat cheap ingredient Strip Mall Slop? In search of some good, authentic Chinese places Fortune cookies is quite great. Your service is nothing to boast, but the staff is polite and the owner is nice. Food is spicy and provides delicious dishes. My favorite appetizer is the pig ears; they make it perfect to cook every time I go and get you always a mouthful taste. For some carbs I like the crushed potatoes because they cook it and spread it with salty egg. I don't know about many places that have this on their menu, but I love it. We were so happy when we found out about this restaurant in the neighborhood. They specialize in Hunan cuisine and this restaurant is now added to our list of different types of Chinese cuisine to order from in the neighborhood. We ordered from their website for delivery and also for collection once and both times, the orders were correct and punctual.
Excellent Hunan style Chinese food. This is not a typical American Chinese restaurant (but they offer some American style fare). Service is always great. If you like it spicy, this is the place to go!
