I waited two hours for my food to arrive, and when it finally did, it was severely undercooked. The kids had already eaten most of the chicken before I noticed it was still pink inside. The crispy duck was soggy as well. The takeaway place wanted me to return the food on Friday night, but I was in my pajamas—after all, that's why I ordered delivery! Now I'm just hoping we don’t end up with food poisoning in the morning. After a long back-and-forth on the phone, they just hung up! Overall, the service for takeout was quite disappointing.
