Went to grab a large portion of chips today, cost me £4.95! For re-fried chips from the night before!! Was absolutely disgusting, couldn’t even feed them to my children as they were rock hard. These people are robbing people!!! I don’t mind paying the price if I’m getting good quality food, but not for left over food! My dog wouldn’t even eat these. Then I tried to call them up a number of times and the phone went straight to a automated voice message, and now I know why… as they keep having customers off and don’t want them calling to give them a ear load !! Had a meal tonight and it was terrible the chips didn't seem fresh they were hard and tasteless, the fish wasn't really up to scratch, and my overall experience was awful and one of the worst chippy I've had in my life. Over priced and disappointing Would avoid. Whitikers in cheadle hulme is 10x better
AVOID ! 3.9 score is totally ridiculous, they are more a 1/5 Greasy oily Fish and chips, over cooked like 3 day old food! Disgusting and inedible, they should be ashamed especially at their prices. Go to Whitakers if you are local to heald green or bramhall it's way way better quality
It 's a really nice place. The people are always friendly and the food is tasty. I wad slightly puzzled when I went in recently to order a fish barm only to be told that they didn 't do fish barms but 'I can give you a fish and a barm if you like ', but I 'm willing to excuse that

Considering the amount of completion in the area. Service without a SMILE, the guy cooking the fish grumpy as they come. Portion size not good. Taste really poor. Will never return.
If you want good old fashioned fish and chips then go here! It's not the cheapest but quality counts. If the staff aren't serving they're cleaning. All fish cooked fresh to order.
