Glad to see this Fosters is still thriving! I worked there for a few months in 1967 as a young wife, till my husband finished his navy service, and we moved away, I had such fun making the perfect ice cream cone! Thank you for being in my life!
This spot is a hidden gem in Bell Gardens. I love getting the classic grilled cheese and a vanilla cone. If you're looking for a simple treat, this is the place to be. The owner and staff are really nice people.

It's challenging to find a good, straightforward ice cream shop, but this one comes quite close. I tried the dipped vanilla ice cream and the chocolate ice cream, and both were affordable and delicious!
I'm so glad this place is still open! I've been coming here since 1979, when I moved to Bell Gardens. The grilled cheese is delicious, and my favorite is definitely the vanilla ice cream cone.
Finding a good, no-frills ice cream shop can be tough, but this one comes close. I sampled the dipped vanilla and chocolate ice cream, and both were tasty and reasonably priced!
