Discover for me a relatively new place toulouse in the island of ramier in the middle of the garonne. freshness of a large park in the middle of trees without visible neighborhood. The modern building of the gated casino is not very welcoming, massive and rebarbative but, from the inside, the view from the wide terraces is superb for those looking for comfort, tranquility and quality. Careful meals; large kitchen; Stylish service.Decoration of a perfect taste, neo-art-deco style. comfortable red armchairs, traditional brewery type. A place like this high-end, apart from the bustle of the city centre, was missing toulouse. I discover it with uncontented pleasure.

I had booked for 13:00 hours. arrived with 3/4 in advance, we were perfectly received, as usual. From the fresh mojito aperitif to a burgundy, we enjoyed the menu at €41 including smoked and blinis salmon, bar net and lamb and dessert diligence. Since its opening a few years ago I have never been disappointed.the map changes regularly at the seasons.the presentation of the dishes is aesthetic.I have tasted the risotto with lobster, coconut milk it was delicious
