Their icecream is amazing. Creamy, rich, and a big selection. However it would be helpful to have flavors posted online, so it is easier on who we send to pick them up. But, they are so inconsistent with filling them up . I get it, they 're young kids working there who aren 't thinking. But having to say come on do you really think this looks filled is becoming exhausting. Today, I sent my father out there to get the kids icecream. He even said something about the shorted one . and the kid working there said it was the right amount of scoops . Four boys was at the Wind and Sea Festival today. I paid in cash and was overcharged ten dollars. The cashier argued that I was incorrect before finally acknowledging she had over charged me. Myself and several other customers waited for over twenty minutes before realizing that our burgers and hot dogs had still not been put on the grill which sat empty as the cooks joked around and counted cash with the cashier. I asked for my money back and the cashier told me I was being ridiculous and they were just taking a break. I have enjoyed Four Boys for years but will never again dine there. The shake soft serve cone was good. The soft serve is more dense than some other places and creamy. It was fast service. Cash only, but there's an atm right there. The menu board is overwhelming because there's stuff written everywhere there's so much of it across the whole front of the shop. I wish I had noticed the soft serve dole whip before I told my husband to get vanilla, but there was too much to read and he was up next in line.
This is one of three Four Boys locations in New Jersey. The ice cream is good, but I prefer it to be creamier. They serve both hard and soft ice cream in a variety of flavors. From cones and cups to milkshakes, sundaes, banana splits, floats, and flavored ice creams, they have everything a frozen treat enthusiast could want.

Great!! Fast friendly service, lots of flavors, Sunday had plenty of hot fudge, really good whipped cream taste like it is real not out of a can. I'll be back! I love four boys ice cream good good quality top notch not full air.
The staff is wonderful, the ice cream is fantastic, and my family absolutely loves it! It really makes the whole experience great!

Delicious! I absolutely loved the chocolate peanut butter ice cream. The portions were also quite generous.
