They have really good food but I had to deduct a star for the pricing. So I was there last Saturday around noon. When I walk in I am the only person there which did raise red flags. The lady behind the counter who also took my order was the sweetest person. She was very nice polite and helpful. I ordered the chicken over rice which arrived promptly.Sadly the potion size was relatively small for the $18 price tag. I was actually very hungry and it did not fill me. The other point I did not enjoy was though I asked for regular water they decided to give me bottled water and charge me $2 for it which seemed unnecessary. The chicken was juicy and tasty but portion was smallOverall great service...
In search for another burger/ sandwich spot, a wrong turn, landed us to 4 seasons Mediterranean restaurant. I wanted to buy shawarma sandwiches but they said that sandwiches are not served for dinner, which was kinda awkward. We ordered the following items:Beef Shawarma platter 4/5. Just picked up lunch from here. We got a chicken kebab sandwich, chicken shawarma over rice and falafel. You cannot find food like this at many places. Homemade with LOVE. The chicken had amazing flavor and the pita was just made. The falafel was some of the best we have had. I do believe the owner was the woman I met when I picked it up. She is very friendly and you can tell she LOVES what she does. I would absolutely dine in the next time since I get a cozy-familial vibe just from the few moments I was there.
Super service! Meatcake was a little chewing. I thought it was because they were reheated with the microwave, but it should be as if it were apparently! The mixed kebab was great. I usually don't like chicken breast, but these were juicy cubes of tenderness instead of the usual dried cardboard I usually think when I think about chicken breast! A really generous part that even hit me, and I ended up with a little doggy bag!
Authentic, healthy, inexpensive, generous portions, clean, well-guided, friendly owners on site. Powered with pride and kindness. A good place to enjoy authentic Syrian / Lebanese dishes. For a real taste treatment, I suggest the combination eats Lemonade/Tamarind drink. And if you want, bring some dark rum or vodka to mix it. Delish!
The best Lebanese food consistently- everything is freshly prepared and always lovely to interact with the owner Mary and her staff. Our usual selections Lentil Soup, Mezze Platter, Zatar bread, Majadra, Kibbeh, Baklava and Ice Cream (new this time). Awesome selections for vegetarian/vegan diners. BYOB is definitely a Plus too.
This is honestly the only place my family goes to get good Lebanese food. We've been coming for years and they remember us by name now. The staff is so sweet, and the food is very authentic.Food: 5/5
The OG of Lebanese restaurants, back when it was Headquarters on George's Road. Consistently good food since 1994, when I was first introduced. Their tabouli is the best hands down
The most authentic Syrian / Lebanese food can be found in New Jersey. Very clean. The best Falafel sandwich in NJ. I highly recommend it! Excellent owners and food!
