I had a bad experience at this restaurant. The cashier overcharged me by doubling two items on my bill. When I noticed the mistake, I spoke with the manager who said he couldn't refund my credit card because it had been a day since I was charged. He took down my address and said he would send me a check, but it has been two months and I have not received anything. The pizza was undercooked and the appetizers were bland. The cashier seemed clueless and made errors when ringing up my order. I will not be returning to this location.
Really disappointed as a single momWho doesn't have the luxury of ordering out all the time and working full time. My pizza is absolutely cold 2 seconds after the delivery and the kids immediately put it in the microwave. I have always been a fan of Fox's Pizza but I am really disappointed. Truly feel like I see you apologizing but not offering anything in return. I have been dining at this restaurant for about five years, but recently they have stopped accepting coupons for any steak dishes. Unfortunately, the zucchini side dish has also changed for the worse, now served as small unappetizing discs. I recommend trying out the other locations of this restaurant chain for better service and delicious steak hoagies.
Can I ask since when it is Fox's policy to complain about my order with the other employees, while I am on the phone with them? We have ordered from you for years and she made it our last! She could have just said something to me!

I ordered a Taco pizza that was cold and the worst Taco pizza I have ever had. The Taco pizza at Fox's in Belle Vernon was much better. The takeout service was good, but the food itself only gets a rating of 1 out of 5.

I absolutely love the Italian sub and the pizza is amazing too. Whenever we visit family in Pennsylvania, we always make sure to stop by this restaurant.

The pizza was clearly subpar. If I wasn't so hungry, I would have requested a refund and gone somewhere else to eat.
