They serve wonderful Italian cuisine, featuring hand-tossed, wood-fired pizza made to order right in the dining room, along with delicious appetizers and fresh salads. One of their standout features is the ability to mix and match your choice of pasta and sauces. The atmosphere is always welcoming, with friendly staff and a genuine local vibe. The bar offers plenty of seating, and you can even watch the pizza-making process. Although it's not a large establishment, with quaint bistro tables, it's cozy and comfortable. This place was there on my list. Finally decided to check this out with a friend. I am a vegetarian. I ordered their Pasta Soup and garlic bread. Soup was extremely salty. Bread was stale. My friend ordered a ravioli. I cannot describe the sauce that came with it, as it was sweet, oily and watery like a soup. I cannot comment on their Pizza as we did not order. The atmosphere was too loud. I couldn't hear my friend talk. Service was good. No complaints.
We went in and were seated, and the staff proceeded to ignore us for 30 minutes. They served everyone around us but wouldn't even look me in the eyes. When I told the girl who seated us that no one would talk to us, she acted like we were stupid. We grabbed our stuff and said we're leaving and she scoffed and sarcastically said have a nice day. Terrible experience and can't see why anyone would want to go here if they can't get food.
Franco's Italian Bistro is located in Catonsville MD. It is a cozy neighborhood restaurant with a full service Bar and several tables for dining in. The Pizza Margarita is delicious. They have pastas, sandwiches and salads. A Brunch menu is also available. Worth a visit.

There was an off smell when I first walked in. It wasn't too bad, but definitely noticeable. We sat ourselves and the waiter got our drinks and orders quickly. After that service slowed down and I didn't get a refill. The food was very good; the pizza was perfect.
This restaurant serves the best pizza around. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. The pasta dishes are excellent, too. You won't regret dining here!
Definitely try the Antonio Bookie Salad!! The brick oven pizza is the bomb! Excellent service! Get there early. There was a line outside of the door by 7pm!!!
One of my favorite places! The food is fantastic and the portions are generous. I really enjoy the atmosphere!
