During my recent business trip to St. Louis, I had the pleasure of dining at an outstanding restaurant last night. I can only say WOW! The owner and chef, Rob, personally stopped by our table to check in, and I told him that my meal (Vitello Diane) was the best I’ve ever enjoyed at any restaurant. The food was beautifully and skillfully prepared, and I paired it with a delightful Pinot Noir. It's wise to ask about these before ordering or to steer clear of them entirely. We ordered one item that came to $53, which surprised us, but it was still quite tasty. Lastly, there's a quirky tradition at this restaurant where they offer an extra spicy pasta dish aimed at pregnant women, with a lighthearted joke that it might help induce labor. I had a wonderful meal with my sister and brother-in-law during our visit to St. Louis. You can really feel the family love and care that has gone into maintaining this restaurant over the years.
