I have been dining at this restaurant for the past four years and have always enjoyed the consistently good food. I have never had a bad dish here. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, it is definitely worth it for a special treat. They offer a good variety of dishes, delicious desserts, and the service is usually excellent. In my four years of dining here, I have only had one experience of subpar service, which was likely due to the restaurant being extremely busy.
we visited on Mother's Day, probably one of the busiest days of the year for a family-friendly chain restaurant like this. Nevertheless, the service was good, there was no special waiting time for eating and the children had a good time. main dishes are a little expensive for what they are, but there is in the rule a kind deal on. we had a buy-in free of charge. the child menu was very good.
We visited this restaurant once with our children, who were very hungry as it was past their dinner time. The waitress was wonderful and ensured we got our appetizers quickly, followed by our main meals shortly after. The decor and atmosphere were really nice, making us feel like staying all evening and enjoying some cocktails.

Bad service (25 mins to get a drink after asking). Food not great...just about edible. 2nd bad experience here. The only good think was the cheap lunch price....and even that wasn't worth the sup-par lunch
Good value and great food. The boys love the food there and eat a lot which is good. Most staff know what they are talking about and take the order correctly but a few do get orders wrong.
the favorite place for children to eat and with the good tickets on the app there is always a saving. good atmosphere, great service, tasty eating and a good time had from all!

love this franchise and I am so sad that it has closed in bedford, as the atmosphere was great, eating excellent and the staff was excellent.
