I recently dined at Francie Bennys in Coventry and it was absolutely terrible. Let me tell you a joke – I would have been better off going to Burger King instead. I ordered a cajun chicken sandwich which came with fries and coleslaw. When the food arrived, the coleslaw was soggy and I couldn't even bring myself to eat it. The portion of fries was so small, I could count them – there were exactly 23. The chicken sandwich was also disappointing as it was served stone cold. It seemed like they had just reheated a pre-cooked chicken breast in the microwave for 20 seconds before serving it. Saturday afternoon so was not very busy, three employees working on the ground, including managers. The food was overpriced for quality, but the food was filled, but there was no taste. I ordered the Sicilian lamb and the first presentation was fine, but the meal lacks taste and the mash was stodgie, but edible (I finished the whole dish! . Originally I rated 3 stars, but due to the kindness of the staff I finished with 4 stars
Most annoying thing: waited for main course for 2 hours yes 2 hours Ridiculous This place is near tesco extra and next to Nandos So choose your options wisely. Its obviously not a cheap place also with cheapest main course for £8.99 at least Food is average. Wait for services for long. Manager Mr. Patel was overly arrogant and dismissive about his mismanagement.
The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with good service and delicious food! For lunch, we ordered a vegetarian calzone and an avocado roll. The calzone was delicious, although my wife thought the roll was just okay. The roll came with tasty chips on the side. They also offer free refills on hot drinks. We will definitely be going back again.

I really enjoyed my meal here. Wasn't here in years, but thought I would use my Merkat courts b.o.g.o.f. and I saved a lot of money. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was on site. Would be back soon. I hear it's busy here on weekends, so I went on Tuesday. Not too busy. Thank you. I feel so filled now after eating the mixed grill.
Didn't book a table they said it would take 30 minutes 1hr later only just got in food took 30 minutes to get to us and the salmon and jacket potatoe was really dry with rinkly peas and it was mostly cold
Staff very attentive, but not in your face. Food was fine as you would expect from a chain. Parking is okay if it is not busy in the cinema, but can be very stuffed at busy times.
Nice restaurant to visit after you have a movie, wonderful food and great service of Lorant, excellent atmosphere. Beautiful and brilliant staff definitely come back!!

Great food, love the atmosphere but waiting times unacceptable. We where there mid afternoon so not too busy yet two and a half hours and no dissert! Not good.
Great food and great service. We had 10 people in total which was not a problem for them. Bar staff very friendly especially Jim. Thanks for a great night.
