Frankie's is a cherished local institution from my parents' time in the 1950s. The staff is consistently friendly, and the restaurant is impeccably clean. The original location features a drive-up service and a counter where everyone in town and the surrounding areas flock during the summer for hot dogs and burgers. They’ve also adapted to the vegan trend by offering veggie burgers and fried vegetables. After a tasty meal, you can pop over to the Carvel ice cream shop next door, making for a perfect summer day.
Everything was wonderful! The staff were very friendly, and the owner personally asked us how everything was and expressed his gratitude. As we were leaving, he opened the door for us, wished us a nice day, and thanked us once more for our visit. We were in town visiting family in Naugatuck and are from Tulsa, Oklahoma. Thank you for the delicious food!
The food was quite expensive and only mediocre, making it not worth the price. I ordered wings and paid for blue cheese dipping sauce, but they intentionally left it out. I won't be returning to this Frankie's. The cashier was also quite rude.
If you find yourself in this part of Connecticut, you absolutely have to dine at Frankie's. It’s an incredible establishment that always delivers an exceptional experience.

The steak fries are fantastic, while the hamburgers are just average. The hot dogs are excellent, and the service is good. Overall, the prices are quite reasonable.
Consistently delicious food at a great price. They serve the best hotdogs among all the Frankie's locations. Make sure to try the Buffalo Blue dog—it's fantastic!
This is one of my favorite spots for a quick meal. The food is always delicious and consistently meets my expectations. The customer service is friendly, too.
This used to be my favorite fast food place, but it's really gone downhill. My cheeseburger tasted like it had been cooked three days ago! No thank you.

Best hotdogs ever, their chicken tenders are top tier, #1 out of waterbury, I believe its worth it 100 times, friendly staff and peaceful environment?
