Ordered out twice in 3 weeks. Ordered some Jimmy John's, they screw up my sandwiches. Ordered some pizza from here, they screw up my pizzas. Easy Order. 2 thin crust pizzas 3 toppings on each. Get my pizzas, I got 1 pizza with 2 toppings, the other onewith 4. Like I don't understand how difficult it is to do this, that's exactly what people give you guys money for. People makemistakes I understand that, but it seems like the food industry just doesn't care anymore. Probably will not Order food fromhere again. Thanks for taking $50 bucks for the wrong order.
Called for pizza takeout. Receptionist mumbled 2 unintelligible words and the phone went dead. Repeat. Figured out the phone being dead was their call hold. Had to repeat my 1, pizza 2 topping order 3 times. Went to pick up pizza and while they weremoderately busy, it took way too long for them to get to me. Just not great customer experience. Probably order from someoneelse next time. Disappointed.
The waitress did a good job of explaining a very large menu. We were from out of state and were not sure what we would like. We ordered the Italian beef appetizer, it was huge. The pepperoni and italian sausage pizza and the other half was just cheese. It was all a pleasant surprise. The restaurant had a home feel to it.
Decent food. Slow service when it wasn't very crowded. (Saturday, October 22). Food is decent, but nothing spectacular. Only a one room bathroom for a decent size place. Check order before you leave this place. I ordered a medium cheese and sausage pizza. Got home and it had mushrooms on it. I called to complain and the lady told me they might of accidentally put mushrooms on it. So she knew about it but gave me my pizza anyway. Good thing I wasn't allergic to mushrooms.
Food is great everything I eat here. Service was a little slow the last time I ordered carry out. It looks like they have a few new staff slowing things down. not a good look). However this is a great place to eat if your in Monee il as far as pizzagoes. Owner is a nice friendly guy.
The absolute best pizza around. Rivals any of the best of the best in Chicagoland. If you are local, customer service is great, and delivery is prompt, professional, and polite. Thanks Frankie for keeping the light on and continue to make us happy with your product ! Jeff

Food was delicious. Service was great. Atmosphere is charming. I had cheese tortellini and Italian Ice for dessert. Perfect!
