We have dined at Franks several times and while the food is delicious, this review is more about the staff. On September 10th, my son and I stopped at the gas station next to Franks for some after-school snacks and drinks. As we tried to head home, our truck wouldn't start. My husband attempted to help, but we realized we needed more than what we could do. He ended up taking our son home while I waited for him to return. The lady and young man working that day were extremely kind and offered me a cool place to wait and a drink if needed. It was a hot day, and their kindness was very much appreciated, even though I didn't catch their names.

I tried this restaurant for the first time and the pizza was amazing! It's now my new favorite pizza spot! The service was top-notch, and the atmosphere was great.
