The food at Fratelli's is amazing, but the service we experienced at our last dinner here was uncomfortable. We spent the night listening to a waiter complain about foreign customers. We also heard him tell them that if they wanted 'fast food' they should have gone to Macca's. Though there was a language barrier - this type of service is uncalled for. This unprofessional service was so unpleasant to witness. I do love this food, but maybe not at this franchisee.
great food. menu is bit on the expensive side. I usually dine here when there is a promotion that makes eating really good. a large scandal that changed the menu and the steak now comes with chips instead of sweet. I really enjoy the wagyu rump steak anyway. also, I recommend to have the calamari fritti as the escape.
Ich war heute für Fratelli-Freunde dort. Das Essen war sehr angenehm, das Personal ist persönlich und die Atmosphäre eines Vergnügens und Freude. Sehr empfehlenswert. Ich bin schon lange regelmäßig hierher gegangen und habe immer eine erstaunliche Zeit. Vielen Dank an das Personal in Alexandria Fratelli frisch!
Kam für mein Geburtstagsabendessen und bestellte Bankettmahlzeit. Das Essen selbst ist in Ordnung, aber der Kundendienst muss sich verbessern. Die meiste Zeit können wir keine Kellnerin / Kellner aufmerksam machen, wenn wir etwas brauchen. Wird wieder zurückgehen, aber Freitagabend vermeiden! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I was there for Fratelli friends today. The food was very pleasant, the staff are personable and the atmosphere one of pleasure and joy. Highly recommended. I have been going here regularly for a long time and always have an amazing time. Thank you to the staff at Alexandria Fratelli Fresh!
Eines meiner Lieblingsrestaurants, an dem ich nach Teigwaren oder Pizzas sehne. Sie waren in einigen ihrer Niederlassungen, persönlich, ich mag die auf Macquarie St und Alexandria. Der Service ist immer erstklassig. Dieser gebratene Zucchini mit Käse ist ein Muss bestellen!
