This is the best Italian restaurant I've found in Sydney with delicious, authentic pizzas as well as great pastas and salads. Service is good and there's a nice atmosphere whether you're sitting inside and outside. I've seen some complaints about prices but the prices are no higher than Domino's (deals aside) for an infinitely better product.Be aware that it gets crowded VERY quickly after 6pm. This doesn't impact service but you may have to wait to get a seat (I don't think they take reservations but I may be wrong). They open at 5.30 and I wouldn't arrive much later than that if you want a guaranteed seat straight away. Also, be aware that parking around Cremorne is AWFUL, factor in extra...
This places is unpretentious, and a little bit pokey, but the food more than compensates. The pizzas are good, without being spectacular. The base on my pescatore pizza could have been better - was the wood-fired oven hot enough? - but the topping was great - very plump, fresh prawns and scallops. The highlight was my wife's spaghetti siciliana, which had a great sauce of tomatoes, creamy roasted eggplant and just the right hum of chili. It would not have been out of place in Haberfield.
We bought 2 pizza's to take away from here, place was recommended, but felt that popularity sometimes causes problems. Place was packed and their were a number of people waiting for their orders, we joined the crowd. it took quite a while. Their Pizza's are not cheap , not when you can pay $26 for one, as we ordered two . Pizza's are good without being spectacular, generous serving (for the price they should be) so we would think twice before doing it again
I was with my family and we shared multiple pizzas. Their favourite was the potato pizza, which had little bits of potato on it. We also had a very nice pasta which I loved. I love Italian restaurants and where we were staying there weren't many Italian restaurants. I was really happy when I stumbled across this place on trip advisor. After studying the menus of a number of local establishments we selected dinner here after the movies. We managed to get the last table! Why is this place so busy? Because it offers good food at great value. It provides all the ingredients of a good night out without you questioning the cost. Recommend, but go early to get a seat.
Been coming to Fratelli's every month for years. It's the best pizza on the north shore with many mouth-watering choices and delicious salads and pastas to match. The service is quick and attentive. Very popular with the locals and difficult to access seating so consider take away.
We ordered a Supreme, less the pineapple. Great base, lots of topping with king prawns. Absolutely delicious - but the delivery from Cremorne to Neutral Bay left us with a luke warm pizza. 15 minutes in the oven did wonders ... but you shouldn't have to do that!
BYOG with bottle shops doors away. We share a pasta and a pizza. Food is very good as is the service. You can't book and Friday nights are popular with families. Well worth a visit you will not be disappointed. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
Such authentic good food, not greasy at all. It's my favourite pizza place and super popular for locals. CONS: barely any seating and not great for large groups, they can do takeaway though!
